Plum will not be accepting returns at this time.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Upon delivery you will be required to inspect the item with the delivery person and sign off on its acceptance. If it is damaged you may refuse the delivery and PLUM will either repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
We would encourage you to request a fabric swatch before you order to ensure the colour choice is to your satisfaction before ordering a custom upholstered piece.
Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?
Plum is dedicated to making sure you love the furniture you purchase from us. Please let us help you make sure it is the right piece for you. We encourage you to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions before ordering.
Once the order is confirmed or the goods are delivered, you are not allowed to cancel the order nor return, exchange & refund it.
