Can I order merchandise for international delivery?

Yes, we will gladly ship your product to your preferred destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping time varies by product, region and selected delivery method. We average 8-12 weeks for delivery.  There is a great chance you will receive your items quicker and we will always do everything we can to insure timely delivery.  Please Note:  These are estimates, not guarantees.  When it comes to delivery times there are a lot of variables that are out of our control.

Will I receive an order or shipping confirmation?

Your will receive your order and shipping confirmation via email . Furniture deliveries are coordinated via your local home delivery provider.

Can I expedite my order?

All orders will be processed and delivered as fast as possible but we cannot specifically expedite individual orders.

Will you help me select a Freight Forwarder if I don't have one already?

The selection and management of a Freight Forwarder is at the sole discretion of the customer. 

I am planning on buying multiple of large pieces of furniture. I am not sure if they will fit in my home. How can I be sure?

Please click on www.myplumdesign.com link and use our design service. If you are remote we will help you measure and provide you with a furniture plan or if you are local we can meet you at your home in person.

Will you remove my old furniture?

Depending on the type of shipping you prefer, we can remove your existing mattress and box spring for sleep set purchases only.

Do you deliver on Saturdays?

Yes, we deliver furniture Monday through Saturday.

How do you deliver furniture?

We normally ship furniture via our common carrier or an alternate delivery service, allowing us to reliably track your purchase en route.

Plum furniture is delivered by appointment. Our delivery service will contact you for an appointment.

How do you deliver beds?

We deliver most of our bed frames via our standard carrier. Select bed frames are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service. We bring them into your home, unpack and inspect them, set them up and remove all packaging.

We're happy to place headboards, in their original packaging, in any room you desire, but we're not able to unpack, inspect or attach them to existing bed frames.

What do I need to do regarding delivery and setup of the furniture?

1.  Please have the room and a path clear for delivery. 
2.  Please measure your room and stairways if applicable to make sure the furniture will fit properly.  Some of the items we sell are very large and do not go up stairways with turns very well.  If you are unsure if an item will fit, please call our office for exact measurements prior to ordering.  It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure all items will fit.

Can I pick up the items instead of having them delivered?

Our warehouse is not set up for public access therefore all items must be receivied via delivery.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

Unfortunately once the order is confirmed or the goods are delivered, you are not allowed to cancel the order nor return, exchange or refund.
